PDAC Spatial Agent

Spatial statistics on registered spatial-transcriptomics datasets: QC, coordinate scatter, Moran's I spatially-variable genes, neighborhood enrichment. All spatial statistics are per-section (never cross-section), and n for any inference is sections/subjects — never spots. Deconvolution and domain segmentation are declared but refused until their executors exist (ADR-0001).
